Estate sales are one of the most efficient ways to move a household's worth of goods quickly. To date, we have sold 700+ items salvaged from the estate, giving Grasons’ clients an additional opportunity to earn money on items that deserve a second home.
Estate sales are designed to clear a home as quickly and efficiently as possible, and Grasons is no exception. With a pricing strategy built around urgency, items are subsequently discounted over a three day period, and most of them sell. We step in where the traditional process ends, ensuring that items once destined for donations or landfill are salvaged and repurposed to capture additional value and minimize environmental impact.
We operate a recommerce platform focused on moving goods with useful life remaining into their best next channel. Estate sales are one of the most natural sources of that kind of inventory — curated, maintained, and full of items someone cared for over years.
Our partnership with Grasons is simple: At the close of the estate sale, we pick up whatever remains and continue working to find each item a buyer through our warehouse and online marketplace. Their clients earn a commission on what sells, giving the estates a chance to earn something on items they otherwise wouldn’t, and goods that would have gone to waste get another chance to find their next best home.
