We run our store on a circular model. Quality items are resold through gone.com and partner consignment stores, and what cannot be resold goes to local sustainable recyclers who pay for the items they process.

What things do you take?
Items we accept: Furniture, decor, entertainment, smart devices, appliances, computers and tablets, housewares, sports and exercise equipment, and tools. We don’t take anything that is damaged, incomplete, or not easily reusable by someone else.
What happens with my items?
Our goal is to find the most sustainable destination for every item we accept. Whenever possible, we extend an item's life by reselling it at an affordable price. When that's not possible, we recycle as much as we can to keep usable materials out of the landfill.
What areas do you serve?
Gone provides pickup service throughout much of the greater Seattle area, including Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Kent, Auburn, Edmonds, Monroe, Tacoma, Gig Harbor, and Puyallup. Please note that service availability depends on the quality and type of items being donated. In some cases, we may be able to make exceptions outside our standard service area based on our pickup schedule and route availability. At this time, we do not provide pickup service to the islands. If you’re located nearby and unsure if you’re within range, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
I'm concerned with the entry/ exit with my home. Does your team handle everything?
Our skilled team is fully equipped to handle locations with stairs, and we're happy to accommodate your needs. If we need more information we’ll reach out to you.
Are these tax deductible donations?
We are not a nonprofit organization. Our team is dedicated to offering hassle-free, complimentary pickup. Therefore, we are not eligible for tax deductions.
