What things do you take?

Items we accept: Furniture, decor, entertainment, smart devices, appliances, computers and tablets, housewares, sports and exercise equipment, and tools. We don’t take anything that is damaged, incomplete, or not easily reusable by someone else.

I'm concerned with the entry/ exit with my home. Does your team handle everything?

Our skilled team is fully equipped to handle locations with stairs, and we're happy to accommodate your needs. If we need more information we’ll reach out to you.

Are these tax deductible donations?

We are not a nonprofit organization. Our team is dedicated to offering hassle-free, complimentary pickup. Therefore, we are not eligible for tax deductions.

What happens if you show up and decide you can't take my items?

Before confirming a pickup, we ask for photos to prevent situations where we cannot accept your items. As we collaborate with junk hauling and recycling services, our aim is to find the most sustainable destination for your item. If it’s something that doesn’t fit in our store and we’ve already agreed to remove the items for you, we’ll choose the most responsible option for it.
