Key Responsibilities of the Job
Customer Experience
- Welcome customers with warmth, ensuring a personalized shopping experience that aligns with their values.
- Assessing customers needs to provide tailored recommendations and solutions, whether in-store or online.
- Share the unique stories behind our products, emphasizing their environmental impact and sustainability.
- Seamlessly facilitate transactions, including buy online/pick up in-store, direct shipping, and in-store purchases.
- Use customer feedback to inform and improve future experiences, collaborating with leadership to find solutions when necessary.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment where all differences are celebrated.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with team members to achieve collective goals.
- Partner with others to ensure smooth daily operations and an optimal customer experience.
Operations
- Maintain store presentation standards by organizing and restocking items as needed.

- Ensure the store’s cleanliness and organization to reflect Gone’s premium shopping environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment.

Compensation range: $20 - $27 hourly rate with potential for growth within the company.
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis. It may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
